What we collect
When you send a request through our website, we collect:
- Your full name, WhatsApp number, city, and, if you give them, your store name or link.
- Product information: product link, product name, quantity, photos, and any details you add.
- Your consent to be contacted on WhatsApp and to this policy, and the date and time of your request.
If you become a client, we also keep order, delivery, and payment records (amounts, dates, payment references) needed for the service and for accounting.
Why we use it
- To review your request, find a supplier, and send you a price.
- To contact you on WhatsApp about your request and order.
- To manage your order, customs clearance, delivery, invoices, and payments.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.
Who can see it
Only our team members who handle your request. When needed to deliver the service, we share the minimum necessary information with suppliers, shipping and customs partners, and delivery companies. Our request records are stored using Google Workspace services (Google Sheets and Google Drive).
How long we keep it
Requests that do not become orders are kept for up to [12 months]. Order and payment records are kept for as long as Moroccan accounting and tax rules require.
Your rights
Under Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data, you can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and you can object to its use for legitimate reasons.
