Terms of Service
Last updated: [DATE]
This page is a starting template. Have it reviewed by a legal professional in Morocco before publishing, and complete the parts in [brackets].
The service
DDPSourcing sources products from suppliers in China and delivers them to clients in Morocco on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis: supplier sourcing, quality inspection, express air freight, customs clearance, import duties, and door-to-door delivery are included in one final price. Invoices are issued by Beast Capital Group.
Requests and prices
- Sending a request is free and does not oblige you to order.
- After review, we send a final price per unit and a minimum quantity. The price is based on the product, quantity, specifications, packaging, and delivery address you approve, and is valid for [X days].
- If you change any of these before confirming, we send an updated price.
- We may decline any request. Illegal, counterfeit, prohibited, or unsafe products, and products not allowed on express air freight, are not accepted.
Payment
- Your order is confirmed when you pay a deposit of 40% of the total amount. We then order your stock from the supplier.
- The remaining 60% is due once your goods have cleared customs in Morocco, before delivery. Goods are delivered after the balance is received.
- Accepted payment methods: [bank transfer / other].
Delivery time
We ship by express air only. Delivery normally takes 15 to 20 days from the confirmation of your order (40% deposit). Delays caused by events outside our control, such as supplier production issues, customs inspections, airline disruptions, or public holidays, may extend this time. We inform you as soon as we know of any delay.
Quality and claims
Goods are inspected before shipping against the specifications agreed in your order. If you receive goods that do not match the agreed specifications, contact us within [X days] of delivery with photos or videos. [Describe how claims, replacements, or refunds are handled.]
Cancellation
[Describe what happens if the client cancels before or after the supplier order is placed, and how the deposit is handled.]
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the products you request can be legally sold in Morocco and do not infringe anyone's trademark or intellectual property, and that the information you give us (address, contact, specifications) is correct.
Liability
[Limitation of liability clause, to be written with your legal advisor.]
Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of [city].
